1, NBR nitrile rubber seals: Suitable for petroleum hydraulic oil, glycol hydraulic oil, diester lubricants, gasoline, water, silicon grease, silicone oil and other media used. Is the most widely used, the lowest cost of rubber seals. Not suitable for use in polar solvents such as ketones, ozone, nitro hydrocarbons, MEK and chloroform. The general temperature range is -40 ~ 120 ℃.

2, HNBR hydrogenated nitrile rubber seals: Has excellent corrosion resistance, tear and compression deformation characteristics, ozone resistance, sunlight, weather resistance is better. Than nitrile rubber has better wear resistance. Suitable for washing machines, automotive engine systems and refrigeration systems using the new environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a. Not recommended for use in alcohols, esters or aromatic solution. The general temperature range is -40 ~ 150 ℃.

3. SIL silicone rubber seals: Has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, atmospheric aging resistance. Have good insulation properties. But the tensile strength is worse than normal rubber and not oil-resistant. For household appliances such as electric water heaters, irons, microwave ovens and so on. Also applies to all kinds of contact with the human body supplies, such as water bottles, drinking fountains and so on. Not recommended for most concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids and sodium hydroxide. The general operating temperature range is -55 ~ 250 ℃.

4, VITON Fluorocarbon rubber ring: high temperature resistance is superior to silicone rubber, has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, cold is bad. Resistant to most oils and solvents, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and animal and vegetable oils. Suitable for sealing needs of diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical plants. Not recommended for use in ketones, low molecular weight esters and mixtures containing nitrates. The general temperature range is -20 ~ 250 ℃.

5, FLS Fluorosilicone rubber ring: its performance and the advantages of both fluorine rubber and silicone rubber, oil, solvent, fuel oil and high and low temperature resistance are good. Resistant to oxygen-containing compounds, aromatic-containing solvents and chlorine-containing solvents. Generally used for aviation, aerospace and military purposes. Not recommended for exposure to ketones and brake oils. The general temperature range is -50 ~ 200 ℃.

6, EPDM EPDM ring: has good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. Can be used for alcohols and ketones, but also for sealing high temperature steam environment. Suitable for bathroom equipment, car radiator and car brake system. Not recommended for food use or exposure to mineral oil. The general temperature range is -55 ~ 150 ℃.

7, CR neoprene seals: resistant to sunlight, weather-resistant performance is particularly good. Not afraid of dichlorodifluoromethane and ammonia and other refrigerants, resistant to dilute acid, grease-resistant silicone oil, but low in aniline mineral oil expansion in large quantities. Easy to crystallize and harden at low temperature. For a variety of exposure to the atmosphere, sunlight, ozone and a variety of environment-resistant flame, chemical corrosion seal. Not recommended for use in strong acids, nitrohydrocarbons, esters, chloroform and ketones chemicals. General use temperature range of -55 ~ 120 ℃.

8, IIR butyl rubber ring: air tightness is particularly good, heat, sunlight, ozone resistance and good insulation; polar solvents such as alcohols, ketones, esters, etc. have a very good resistance to exposure In animal or vegetable oils or oxides. Suitable for chemical-resistant or vacuum equipment. Not recommended for use with petroleum solvents, kerosene or aromatics. The general temperature range is -50 ~ 110 ℃.

9, ACM Acrylic rubber ring: the oil has excellent resistance, high temperature, weather resistance are good, but the mechanical strength, compression deformation and water resistance slightly worse. Generally used in automotive transmission systems and power steering systems. Not suitable for hot water, brake oil, phosphate esters. The general temperature range is -25 ~ 170 ℃.

10, NR natural rubber ring: with good wear resistance, flexibility, tear strength and elongation. But easy to aging in the air, when the heat becomes sticky, easy to swell and dissolve in mineral oil or gasoline, alkali but not resistant to strong acids. Suitable for use in automotive brake fluids, ethanol and other liquids with hydroxide ions. The general temperature range is -20 ~ 100 ℃.

11, PU polyurethane rubber ring: Polyurethane rubber mechanical properties are very good, wear-resistant, high pressure performance are far superior to other rubber. Aging resistance, ozone resistance, oil resistance is also quite good, but easy to hydrolysis at high temperatures. Generally used for high pressure, wear-resistant seal links, such as hydraulic cylinders. The general temperature range is -45 ~ 90 ℃.

12, metal rubber seals: made of stainless steel wire, does not contain any rubber composition, with strong use characteristics. For example: in high vacuum, high and low temperature, strong radiation, and a variety of corrosion and other environments to maintain normal work. The sealing ring is made of different materials such as stainless steel, copper and polytetrafluoroethylene according to the purpose of use. The coated metal rubber member serves as a lining core, which has the advantages of high sealing strength, good effect and reusability. Ring liner is made of different wire diameter, density of the components, suitable for different pressure occasions. The general range of use is -80 ~ 800 ℃. This seal because of the high cost, so the price is more expensive. However, good performance, extensive use of the environment, have been unanimously approved.
